RESOLUTION NO. 5205
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT OF TRAFFIC COUNTING EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City has been offered as a donation, twelve (12)
raffic counting machines by Mr. John F. Casey; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift pursuant
o Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California Government Code:
NOW, THEREFOFS, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
ity of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of traffic
ounting machines on behalf of all citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
ouncil of the City of Carlsbad, California, held the 20th day
f September , 1977 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None
