A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REQUESTING
SAN DIEGO COUNTY, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
HEALTH, TO ENFORCE THE PROVISIONS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 6056 , PROVIDING FOR
YEAR-ROUND RENEFIAL OF PUBLIC HEALTH PERMITS.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the officers and employees of the Department of
Public Health of San Diego County are hereby requested to enforce
the provisions of Carlsbad Ordinance No. 6056 , providing for
year-round renewal of public health permits.
2, That the City Clerk is directed to forward a copy of
this resolution to the Board of Supervisors of the County of
San Diego.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the
20th day of September , 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
