RESOLUTION NO. 51 97
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE - CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
A PERSON TO THE LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
WHEREAS, Trustee GERALD C. MCCLELLAN, JR. has resigned
as a member of the Library Board of Trustees as of August 25, 1977,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of CArlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed
to serve as a member of the Library Board of Trustees.
HERBERT B. FALKENSTEIN for a term to expire June, 1979.
