A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY SEWER IN OCEAN STREET - CONTRACT NO. 1043
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined That
t is necessary and in the public interest to construct a sanitary sewer in
kean Street; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor,
iaterial, tools, equipment, transportation and other expense necessary or in-
:idental for said project, Contract No. 1043, have been prepared and filed in
-he Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by
-eference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
:arIsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct;
2. That the plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved;
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
md directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, notice to con-
tractors inviting bids for construction of a sanitary sewer in Ocean Street in
3ccordance with the plans and specifications hereinabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
3t a regular meeting held the 4th day of October , 1977, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None
ABSENT : None
