RESOLUTION NO. 5218
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5188, WHICH ADOPTED AN EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CERTAIN MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL FOR FISCAL YEAR 1977-78.
WHEREAS, the City Council, upon recommendation of the
City Manager, has determined to make adjustments in compensation
for certain management personnel; and
WHEREAS, compensation adjustments for certain management
personnel was accomplished by adoption of Resolution No. 5188,
but excluded the City Manager and City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct,
2. That the Executive Compensation Plan set forth in Exhibit A,
attached to Resolution No. 5188, and made a part thereof,
is hereby amended by the inclusion of Appendix C, attached
hereto, inlieu of Appendix C attached to Resolution No. 5188,
as a part of Exhibit A.
3. That the amendment hereby adopted shall be effective as of
July 1, 1977, and shall supercede any previously adopted
salary plan, minute motion or Memoradnum of Understanding
which grants, confers or creates benefits inclusively for these
management employees.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 4th day of October 1977,
