RESOLUTION NO. 5229
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT OF THE CITY TO INVITE BIDS FOR A FAST ATTACK PUMPER.
WHEREAS, specifications for said pumper have been prepared
and have been filed in the Office of the City Clerk of the City
of Carl'sbad and are incorporated herein by reference;

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California 5
has determined that it is necessary and in the public interest
7// to acquire a fast attack pumper; and
/I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
121/ of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1311 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

2. That the specifications as presented are hereby approved.
3. That the Purchasing Agent of the City of Carlsbad is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to publish in accordance
with law, notice to vendors inviting bids for the fast attack
pumper hereinabove described in accordance with the specifications ''11 hereinabove referred to.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of
October , 1977 by the following vote, to wit:
