HomeMy WebLinkAbout1977-10-18; City Council; Resolution 5230RESOLUTION NO. 5230 6 '7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 l6 17 18 19 2o 1 2 3 4 5 has determined that it is necessary and in the public interest to acquire an ambulance; and WHEREAS, specifications for said ambulance have been prepared and have been filed in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated herein by reference; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the specifications as presented are hereby approved. 3. That the Purchasing Agent of the City of Carlsbad is hereb authorized and directed to proceed to publish in accordance with law, notice to vendors inviting bids for the ambulance hereinabove described in accordance with specifications hereinabove referred t PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City 1 of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT OF THE CITY TO INVITE BIDS FOR AN AMBULANCE.
