RESOLUTION NO. 5233
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING A PARKING
RESTRICTION ON JEFFERSON STREET AT CAROL PLACE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows: I
That a "NO PARKING" zone be established on the west side of Jefferson
Street from a point 50 feet north of the north curbline of Carol Place
southerly for a distance of 100 feet.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held the 18th day of October ,
1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard and Skotnicki
NOES : None
ABSENT: Councilwoman Casler
