RESOLUTION NO. 5238
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 3341 WHICH
SET FORTH RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR
PURCHASING IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, the rules and regulations for purchasing set forth
in Resolution No. 1341, dated December 1966, have either been
superseded by Chapter 3,28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code or
incorporated in the Purchasing Manual and are therefore no longer
applicable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, as follows:
