RESOLUTION NO. 5245
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A DUMP TRUCK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
as follows:
1. That the bid of Weseloh Chevrolet; 5335 Paseo Del
Norte; Carlsbad, Ca. 92008 is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract in the
amount of $7,439.28, plus tax, for a total of $7,885.64.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 1st day
of November 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
