RESOLUTION NO. 5761
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A CONTRACT FOR A FAST ATTACK PUMPER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
is follows:
1. That the bid of Emergency One; Post Office Box 789;
)ana Point, Ca. 92629, is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is hereby authorized to execute a contract in the amount of
$40,503.04.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council at a
regular meeting held on the 6th day of December 1977
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard and Councilwoman
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Skotnicki
