RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION OF THE TY OF CARLSBAD, C
NO. 5266
CITY COUNCIL LIFORNIA, DE OF THE LARING AN ITEM OF EQUIPMENT AS OBSOLETE, AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SUCH ITEM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined that a certain item of equipment can no longer be
used and is obsolete; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the City of Carlsbad to
dispose of such item.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLYED by the Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the item listed in Exhibit ''A" be declared obsolete.
3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to proceed to publish Notice of Sale and to dispose of the item
of obsolete equipment.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of
December 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: Councilman Skotnic
