RESOLUTION NO. 5273
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA REQUESTING THE
COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF LOCATING A MULTI-PURPOSE TRANSPORTATION FACILITY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, the County of San Diego has been studying feasibility
3f locating multi-purpose transportation centers with the County;

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad desires the
Zounty of San Diego to undertake a study to determine feasible sites
for a multi-purpose transportation facility in the City of Carlsbad;
and
WHEREAS, the County of San Diego has the staff expertise to
undertake and carry out such a study in the City of Carlsbad;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. The County of San Diego is requested to conduct a study
of feasible sites for a multi-purpose transportation facility
