RESOLUTION NO. 5289
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS FOR WORKMEN 'S COMPENSATION TNSURANCE
IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as
That the transfer of one hundred fifty thousand dollars for
Compensation Insurance be made from the General fund balance
900) to the Insurance and Bond account (1 -103-2870).
That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 23 in form on
aid department and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
SED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
n the 17th day of January, 1978 by the following vote, to wit:
Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
None Councilwoman Casler
