RESOLUTION NO, 5293
A RESOLUTION QF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR CONSULTANT
SERVICES FOR AGUA HEDIONDA LAGOON MAINTENANCE PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the transfer of four thousand seven hundred fifty
dollars ($4,750) for consultant services for Agua Hedionda Lagoon
Maintenance Program from the Public Works Professional Services
to the Capital Improvement Projects is hereby authorized and
approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 27 on
file in said department and incorporated by reference herein is
approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 7th day of February , 197% by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None Counci lwoman Cas1 er
ABSENT: None
