RESOLUTION NO. 5301
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING VEHICLES AS OBSOLETE AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SUCH ITEMS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined certain vehicles can no longer be used and are
obsolete; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the City of Carlsbad
to dispose of such vehicles.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the vehicles listed in Exhibit "A" be declared
obsolete.
3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
proceed to publish Notice of Sale and to dispose of the items
of obsolete equipment.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of
February 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
