RESOLUTION NO. 5320
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
TING VALVES. A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF REGULA-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
as follows:
1. That the bid of Western Water Works Supply Company;
831 B Grand Avenue; San Marcos, Ca. 92069 for two 6" and one
10" Cla Val Valves is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute a contract in the amount of $4,525.00,
plus tax, for a total of $4,796.50.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at regular meeting held on the 8th day of an adjourned
March 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None Counci 1 woman Casler
ABSENT : None
