RESOLUTION NO. 5321
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A STREET SWEEPER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
s follows:
1. That the bid of Nixon Egli Equipment Company;
2030 Clark Street; Santa Fe Springs, Ca. 90670, is hereby
ccepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
