RESOLUTION NO. 5323
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY c0Up;CIL OF THE CITY
OF cARLSWl, Om, DENYING A CLAIM
AGAINST THE CITY.
WHEIiEpdj, on February 21, 1978, J. Gilbert (Carlsbad Liqclors) filed a
claim against tbe City of Carlsbad in the amount of $500.00; and
WHEREAS, State law requires that the City Council consider all claims
and take action to approve, approve in part, or deny said claim;
NCW, THE==, BE IT RESOLm by the City Council of the City of
CarlSbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council has considered the facts and cirmtances
of the above-described claim.
3. That the City Council hereby denies said claim.
4. That the City Attorney is directed to forward a copy of this
resolution to the claimant and to the City's insurance carrier and to ccanply
with all other notice reqdrenents provided by law.
PASSED, APP!?OVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Caylsbad, an adjourned
California at -/ regular meeting held on the 8 t h day of Ma r c h I
1978 by the follming vote, to wit:
