A RESOLTRION OF THE CITY C€N.J"IL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSJ3AD, CALIFOIWIA, DENYING A OLAIM AGAINST THE CITY.
WHEREAS, on February 15, 1978 David L. Peterson filed a claim against
he City of Carlsbad in the munt of $300,00; and
WHEFEAS, State law requires that the City Council consider all clad
nd take action to approve, approve in part, or deny said claim;
NOW, THEFEFOFB, BE IT SOLVED by the City Council of the City of

That the City Council hereby denies said claim.
That the City Attorney is directed to forward a copy of this
resolution to the claimant and to the City's insurance carrier and to conply
