A FESOLUTION OF T€B CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARISBAD, CALI"=, DENYING A CLAIM
AGAINST THE CITY.
WIIERES, on February 16, 1978 Brian D. Ishurray filed a claim against the
City of Carlsbad in an undetermined amount; and
WHEREAS, State law requires that the City Council consider all claims
and take action to approve, approve in part, or deny said claim;
NOW, THEFEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follms:

That the abave recitations are true and correct.
That the City Council has considered the facts and circumstances
of the abovedescribed claim.

That the City Council hereby denies said claim,
That the City Attorney is directed to forward a copy of this
resolution to the claimant and to the City's insurance carrier and to comply
wit?. all other notice requirements provided by law.
