RESOLUTION NO. 5345
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR FIRE HOSE AND ADAPTORS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
lalifornia, as follows:
7. That the bid of Halprin Supply Company; 3804 S.
jroaduay Place; Los Angeles, Ca 90037, is hereby accepted
ind the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract
in the amount of $5,880.03, for the purchase of fire hose and
idaptors.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
)f Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of
March , 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear and
NOES: None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
RONALD C. PACKARD, Mayor
