A - CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY.
crm OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
WHEREAS, on February 20, 1978 Mrs. C. A. Logsden submitted a
:laim against the City of Carlsbad in the amount of $106.70; and
WHEREAS, State law requires that the City Council consider all
:laims and take action to approve, approve in part, or deny said
:laim;
NOW, THE:REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
:ity of Carls'bad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council has considered the facts and
Zircumstances of the above-described claim.

PASSEiD, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
That the City Council hereby approves said claim.
