A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAFZSBFJ), CAI;IFoRhJIA, DENYING A
C!L?JJ!l AGAINST THE CITY.
m, on %arch 10, 1978, Floyd E. and Joyce E. Archey filed a claim
2gainst the City of Carlsbad in the amunt of $2,000.00: and
WHEREAS, State law requires that the City Council consider all claims
wrd take action t:o approve, approve in part, or deny said claim;
NOW, THER€EYlRE, BE IT IIESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
arlsbad as folltws:

That i3-e above recitations are true and correct.
That -the City Council has cansidered the facts and circumstances
of the almw-referenced claim.

That the City Council hereby denies said claim,
That the City Attorney is directed to forward a copy of this
resolution to the claimant and to the City's insurance carrier and to catply
with all other notice requirements provided by law.
PASSED, FPPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at EL regular meeting held on the 2 1 s t day of Ma r c h , 1978
by the follwing vote, to wit;
