A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING A PARKING RESTRICTION
ON ELM AVENUE AT LIBRARY EXIT
BE IT R.ESOI,VED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
3s follows:
That a “NO PARKING” zone be established on the north side of Elm Avenue
Erom the Library driveway exit easterly for a distance of 80 feet.
PASSED, API’ROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, held the 21 St day of March , 1978,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear and
NOES : None
ABSENT : None
