CLAIM ACPJNST TEE CITY.
WEEREAS, cn Mar& 9, 1978, Grace E. Zamjc, through her attomey, filed
L claim again.st the City of Carlsbad in the aunt of $100,000; and
FJHEREPS, State law requires that the City Council consider all claims
md take action to approve, approve in part, or deny said claim;
NW, TE?EHEFOREr BE IT €EsoLVED by the City Council of the City of
3arlsbad as follcws:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the City Council has considered the facts and circumstances
of the abave--referenced claim.

That -the City Council hereby denies said claim.
That the City Attomey is directed to forward a copy of this
resolution to the claimant and to the City’s insurance carrier and to ccsmply
with all other notice rquirments provided by law.
