A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING
CLAINS AGAINST THE CITY.
WHEREAS, on March 7, 1978, the Employers Casualty Insurance
Company, relative to their insured, William Lo Perman, filed
a claim against the City of Carlsbad in the amount of approximatell
$2,000.00; and
WHEREAS, on March 9, 1978, both William Perman and Nora
Perman filed claims against the City of Carlsbad in an undeterminec
amount; and
InlEIEREAS, all three claims are ktekrdlated; and
WHEREAS, State law requires that the City Council consider all
claims and take action to approve, approve in part, or deny said
claims ;
NOW, THEIXEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cit:
of Carlsbad as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct,
That the City Council has considered the facts and
circumstances of the above-referenced claims,

That the City Council hereby denies said claims.
That the City Attorney is directed to forward a copy of
this resolution to the claimants and to the City’s insurance carric
and to comply with all other notice requirements provided by law.
