RESOLUTION NO. 5363
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
FOR 1'HE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING FEDERAL AND STATE FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE UNDER THE DISASTER RELIEF ACT
CALIFORNI:A, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING TI€E CITY MANAGER TO ACT
--
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute, for
and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad, a public entity established under the
laws of the Sta-;e of California, applications for the purpose of obtaining
certain Federal and State financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act
(Public Law 288, 93rd Congress), or otherwise available from the President's
Disaster Relief Fund, and to file said applications with the appropriate State
off ice.
PASSED, A?PROTTED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Car'lsbad, California, held the 4th day of Apri 1 , 1978
by the followinz vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear and Councilwoman Casler
