RESOLUTION NO. 5366
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
'CARLS13AD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
FUNDS TO PAY OUTSIDE PROFESSIONAL PLAN CHECKING.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad ..-
as follows:
1. That the transfer of eight thousand dollars ($8,000.00)
to pay outside professional plan checking from General Fund
Unappropriated Reserves to Building Department Professional
Service is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 36 on file
in said department and incorporated by reference herein is ap-
proved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
, 1978, by the Council on the 4th day of April
following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear and
Councilwoman Cas1 er NOES : None
ABSENT: None
