RESOLUTION NO. 5292
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Traffic Safety Commissioner GEORGE A. MERRILL, has
resigned his office;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the City of Carlsbad Traffic Safety Commission
for a term to expire in July, 1979:
ALAN K. JACOBS
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held on the
18th day of April , 1978.
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear and
NOES: None Councilwoman Casler
