RESOLUTION NO. 5382
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE
CONSlRUCTlON OF A TEMPORARY SIDEWALK ON THE SOUTH SIDE
OF CHESTNUT FROM MONROE TO EL CAMINO REAL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for the construc-
tion of a temporary sidewalk on the south side of Chestnut Avenue from Monroe
to El Camino Real from General Fund Unappropriated Reserves to Uti 1 ities/Main-
tenance Department Rock and Mineral Products is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 42 on file in said
department and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council on
the 18th day of Apri 1 , 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki , Anear and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
