RESOLUTION NO. 5385
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO COVER STORM DAMAGE RELATED EXPENSES
BE IT RESCILVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That t.he transfer of One Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($166,500) to be used for Contract No. 1052, Contract No. 1053, and any
other storm damage related expenses, from the General Fund Unappropriated Re-
serves to Public: Works Professional Services Account is hereby authorized and
approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 41 on file in said
department and :tncorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council on
the 18th day of Apri 1 , 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear and
NOES: None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
