RESOLUTION NO. 5395
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
OF: FUNDS TO BALANCE THE MAGEE HOUSE RESTORATION PP.OJECT ACCOUNT
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. Tha.t the transfer of three thousand eight hundred
dollars ($3,800) from Park-in-Lieu fees Area 1 to account
1-132-3910 to balance the Magee House Restoration Project account
is hereby authorized and approved.
on 2. That Department oE Finance Fund Transfer No. 47
file in said department and incorporated by reference herein is
approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
, 1978, by May City Council on the 2nd day of
the following vote, to wit:
