RESOLUTION NO, 5400
A RESOLTJTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF cAIu;sBAD, CALImmIA, DENYING
A CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY.
WHEREAS, 011 April 14, 1978 Gary C. Hall, through his attorney, filed a
:lab against the City of Carlsbad in the mat of $25,000.00; and
WHEREAS, Skate Law requires that the City Council consider all claims and
lake action to approve, approve in part, or deny said claim;
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
:arkbad as follows :
1. That tlie above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council has considered the facts and circumstances
)f the above-described claim.

That the City Council hereby denies said claim.
That the City Attorney is directed to forward. a copy of this
esolution to the claimant and to the City's insurance carrier and to coqly
