RESOLUTION NO. 5332
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Commissioner "J" "C" FIKES 's term expires during
lpril, 1978;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
2s a member o:E the Planning Commission in the position vacated:
EDWIN S. SCHICK, JR. for a term to expire in April, 1982.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the
