RESOLUTION NO. 5410
A RElSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARL.SBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT OF THE CITY TO INVITE BIDS FOR AN EMERGENCY GENERATOR AND B U I L. D I N G ADD IT I 0 N .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
has determined that it is necessary and in the public interest to
acquire an emergency generator and building addition; and
WHEREAS, specifications for said generator and building addit-
ion have been prepared and have been filed in the Office of the
City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated herein by
reference;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct,
2. That the specifications as presented are hereby approved,
3. That the Purchasing Agent of the City of Carlsbad is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to publish in accordance
with law, Notice To Vendors inviting bids for an emergency
generator and building addition hereinabove described in accordance
with the specifications hereinabove referred to.
