RESOLUTION NO. 5414
FI RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
E\ CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A RIDING MOWER WITH ATTACHMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
1s follows:
1. That the bid of C. R. Jaeschke, Inc., 8923 Complex Drive;
San Diego, CA 92123 for a riding mower and flail attachment is
hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a contract in the amount of $6,462.00, plus tax, for a
total of $6,849.72.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of May
1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilman Packard, Skotnicki , Anear and Councilwoman Casler NOES: None
ABSENT: None
