RESOLUTION NO. 5419
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A RIGHT HAND DRIVE VEHICLE
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTH-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad

1. That the bid of Deis Truck and Equipment, Inc., 1620
9ission Road; Escondido, CA 92025, is hereby accepted and the
:ity Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the
iurchase of a right hand drive vehicle at a cost of $6,163.72,
3lus tax, for a total of $6,533.54.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
