RESOLUTION NO. 5432
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the bid of National Cash Register; 2350
Fifth Avenue, San Diego, California, 92101, is hereby accepted
and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract
for the purchase of a cash register at a cost of $4,467.25,
plus tax, for a total of $4,732.77.
2. That the expenditure of $4,732.77 is hereby
authorized out of fund 22-213-3900 of the City of Carlsbad solely
and exclusively for the purpose of providing funds for the
purchase of a cash reqister.
3. The Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 52 in
a form on file in said department and incorporated by reference
herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 16th
day of May , 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear and
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID, AND AUTHORIZING FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A CASH REGISTER.
