A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCXL OF THE
A MEMBER TO THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE C€TY - OF CARLSBAD.

WHEREAS, Director GEORGE W. KILLEN's term expires during
hpril, 1978, as a member of the Parking Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
