RESOLUTION NO. 5434
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORZZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR ADDITIONAL COSTS INCURRED IN THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD March 7, 1978.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the transfer of Three thousand three hundred
eighteen dollars and eighty-eight cents ($3,318.88) from General
Fund Balance Account #1-000-0900 to the Election Expense Account
#1-102-2880 is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 58 on
file in said department and incorporated by reference herein is
approved.
an adjourned PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at / regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 7th day of June , 1978, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear and Counci lwoman Packard NOES : None
