as follows:
1. That the transfer of four thousand five hundred five
dollars and sixty-seven cents ($4,505.67) for cost of proceedings
involved with the La Costa Maintenance District is hereby
authorized and approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 44 on file
in said department and incorporated by reference herein is
RESOLUTION NO. 5435
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS, RELATIVE
TO THE LA COSTA MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.
City Council on the 7th day of June , 1978, by the
following vote, to wit:
