A l?ESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CKRISEW, cALIFoRNT_A, DE3zTyIN6 A
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY.
WHEHEAS, on May 17, 1978 Ward C. and Mary Louise Moore, through their
WHERFX, State law requires that the City Council consider all claim and
take action to approve, approve in part, or deny said claim:
NGW, THEREEORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follms:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council has considered the facts and circmstances
of the above-described claim.

That the City Council hereby denies said claim.
That the City Attomey is directed to forward a copy of this resolution
to the claimant and to the City's insurance carrier and to comply with all
Dther notice rmrements provided by law.
