HomeMy WebLinkAbout1978-06-07; City Council; Resolution 54481 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 I1 12 13 14 15 16 17 1E 19 2c 21 22 22 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 5448 The City Council of the City of Carlsbad resolves that the passage of Proposition 13 will have a significant impact on city income; and This impact will require a review of city services and capital improvement programs; and further That the City Council desires that this review be aided by input from a cross section of the community's citizens; Therefore, the City Council appoints Donald E. Yerkes t chairman of a citizens' committee composed of the following fifteen citizens: Donald E. Yerkes G. A. Donlon Donald Agatep L. A. Rash John Gray Douglas Rider Lois Boncer Mark Hobmann Marge Howard-Jones Bob Ladwig Jacqueline Wrench Ross Spalding Lew Chase Ida Westree Keith E. Kennedy Said committee is charged with making recommendations within 30 days on priorities for reducing General Fund expenditures in order to implement Proposition 13.
