RESOLUTION NO. 5446
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE LAKE CALAWRA BASIN SATEUITE PLANT STUDY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. The transfer of Thirty One Thousand Dollars ($31,000) to be used for
professional consultant services for the preparation of the Lake Calavera Basin
satellite plant study from the General Fund Unappropriated Reserves to Public
Works Professional Services is hereby authorized and approved.
2. The Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 85 on file in said
department and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad held the 20th day of June , 1978, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear and Councilwoman Casler
