RESOLUTION NO. 5451
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR ASPHALTIC
CONCRETE OVERLAY OF VARIOUS CITY STREETS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. The transfer of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) to be used for the
street resurfacing program for fiscal year 1977-78 from the Gas Tax Fund,
Account No. 02-000-0900, to Gas Tax, Street Overlay, Account No. 02-200-2410,
is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 107 on f i le in said
department, incorporated by reference herein, is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, held the 20th day of June , 1978, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear and
NOES : None Counci 1 woman Cas1 er
ABSENT : None
