RESOLUTION NO. 5457
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCl L OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON
LA COSTA AVENUE FROM EL CAMINO REAL TO RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
I. That "NO PARKING ANYTIME" zones be estab\ished on the north side
of La Costa Avenue:
A. from El Camino Real easterly for a distance of 500 feet;
B. from a point 200 feet west of Nueva Castilla Way to a point 200
feet east of Viejo Castilla Way; and
from a point 200 feet west of Calle Madero Street to Rancho
Santa Fe Road.
C.
2. That "NO PARKING ANYTIME" zones be established on the south side of
La Costa Avenue:
A. from El Camino Real to a point 200 feet east of Romeria Street;
8. from 200 feet west of Levante Street to Rancho Santa Fe Road.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad held the 20th day of June , 1978, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear and
NOES : None Counci 1 woman Cas 1 er
ABSENT : None
