A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION C
A CONTRACT FOR TI% PURCHASE OF A DRAFT TUBE ASSEMBLY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the bid of San Diego Fabricators, 3468 Hancock Street, San
Diego, California, 92110, is hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute a contract in the amount of $11,994.00.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 20th day of June , 1978,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
