RESOLUTION NO. 5477
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR SPECIAL COUNSEL SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the transfer of seventeen thousand, eight hundred,
and sixty-two dollars ($17,862) for special counsel services
in connection with litagation costs be made from the contingency
Eund to the City Attorney Professional Services Account is hereby
2uthorized and approved.

2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No.110 on file
in said department and incorporated by reference herein is
ipproved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
