RESOLUTION NO. 5479
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ~ -
A MEMBER TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Planning Commissioner JO WOODWARD resigned from a
term of office which expires in April, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Zity of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
is a member of the City of Carlsbad Planning Commission in that
